Joan is the Recording Secretary for Central Mass and is the Central Mass website liaison. She is the OHN with Nypro, Inc. This program was developed to help reenergize the chapter and assist in organizing the chapter board of directors. The packet included a “welcome letter from the President”, an educational calendar, website information and an organizational chart for the new board of directors. This was the first step in reaching out to the membership and the member feed back was very positive. |
